Branch Manager

Citizens Bank is seeking a Branch Manager (BM) for its Flushing, Queens location to lead branch performance, sales growth, and an exceptional colleague and customer experience. The BM will coach and develop a team to exceed sales goals and deliver world-class customer service in a high-volume retail banking environment. Responsibilities include driving customer acquisition, retention, and growth through relationship-building, leveraging digital banking tools, managing branch operations with sound financial acumen, and serving as a visible community brand ambassador. The role requires implementing individualized coaching plans, building a diverse talent pipeline, and communicating business priorities to energize and empower colleagues. The BM oversees execution of key performance targets and operates within a profit and loss framework. Required qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, at least 4 years of sales management experience in retail or branch banking, proven leadership and coaching ability, compliance with SAFE Act and NMLS requirements, and bilingual proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree and experience in retail banking and talent sourcing are preferred. The position is full-time at 40 hours per week, with schedules that may include evenings and weekends.
