In this role, you will help design, build, and maintain the infrastructure and developer tooling that powers our engineering organization. You will play a key role in advancing our Kubernetes-based platform, maturing our GitOps practices, and driving infrastructure-as-code adoption across the business.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></h2> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Kubernetes Platform Management</strong> — Operate, maintain, and improve production-grade Kubernetes clusters across cloud environments; manage cluster lifecycle including upgrades, scaling, and reliability.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>GitOps & Continuous Delivery</strong> — Own and extend our ArgoCD-based GitOps workflows; develop and maintain Application Sets, manage sync policies, and enforce deployment standards across environments.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Infrastructure as Code</strong> — Write, review, and maintain Terraform modules to provision and manage cloud infrastructure; enforce IaC best practices including module reuse, state management, and drift detection.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Platform Reliability</strong> — Monitor platform health, respond to incidents, conduct post-mortems, and drive improvements to availability, performance, and observability.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Developer Enablement</strong> — Collaborate with application teams to onboard services onto the platform; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Security & Compliance</strong> — Implement RBAC, network policies, secrets management (e.g., Vault, Sealed Secrets, External Secrets Operator), and ensure infrastructure meets security and compliance requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>CI/CD Integration</strong> — Integrate platform capabilities with CI pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Tekton) to support end-to-end delivery workflows.</span></li> </ul> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Solid hands-on experience with <strong>Kubernetes</strong> in production environments (EKS, GKE, or AKS preferred)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Demonstrable experience with <strong>ArgoCD</strong> or comparable GitOps tooling (Flux, etc.)</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proficiency in <strong>Terraform</strong> for cloud infrastructure provisioning; familiarity with remote state, workspaces, and module design</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;
