We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead two critical and complementary functions within Business Technology: IT Product Management and IT Software Asset Management. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for bridging the gap between Business Technology (BT) capabilities and business needs — ensuring internal technology systems are managed with product rigor and adopted effectively across the organization. You will directly manage a team of Business Technology Product Managers and Asset Management Lead/Specialists, bringing structure, strategic alignment, and operational excellence to both disciplines. This position is both for an existing and non-existing vacancy. <h2>The Impact You’ll Have</h2> Product Strategy &amp; Roadmap <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmap for internal business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS) and enterprise systems.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner with business owners to understand functional requirements, pain points, and technology investment priorities.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Act as the business owner proxy for internal BT systems — managing backlogs of features, defects, and enhancements.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Define and track product metrics in partnership with relevant stakeholders and conduct ongoing analysis to measure performance, usage, and business value realization of deployed systems.</li> </ul> Demand Management <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Design and lead the Plan and Commit process with business stakeholders for all BT technology requests.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Define criteria for prioritizing BT projects and enhancements based on strategic alignment, risk reduction, ROI, and operational impact.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Publish and maintain a visible backlog providing stakeholders transparency into queue status, estimated effort, and delivery timelines.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Forecast and allocate BT resources (personnel, budget) across the prioritized portfolio of projects and operational enhancements.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner with BT Strategy &amp; Operations to establish product governance mechanisms including Steering Committees.</li> </ul> Organizational Change Management (OCM) <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Define and maintain a standardized Organizational Change Management (OCM) playbook and governance for all Business Technology (BT)-led initiatives.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead change management strategy, stakeholder analysis, and impact assessments for all major system implementations and upgrades in partnership with relevant stakeholders.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Establish and track system adoption metrics, stabilization plans, and 'lessons learned' processes to ensure business value realization post-deployment.</li> </ul> IT Product Delivery <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Oversee QA and UAT processes to ensure systems meet business requirements before deployment.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Participate in sprint demos and provide feedback to ensure development meets defined acceptance criteria.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Own and maintain the BT release calendar, coordinating deployment windows to minimize business disruption and risks.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Establish hypercare programs for major system go-lives, including elevated incident SLAs and daily status check-ins during stabilization.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop Business Systems PM competencies across the BT organization to ensure consistent and high-quality product practices across the BT organization.</li> </ul> SaaS Sprawl Management&nbsp; <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead and govern the end-to-end software asset lifecycle management program (procurement through disposal).</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Establish centralized SaaS intake and approval processes to prevent shadow IT and ensure alignment with the future-state technology landscape.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Drive cost-reduction and optimization through regular license audits, contract consolidation, and the sunsetting of tools that do not meet architectural standards.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Create comprehensive software asset management metrics, dashboards and reporting to support executive decision making and drive continuous improvement.</li> </ul> Team Leadership &amp; Organizational Development&nbsp; <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style=&quo
