Job Description Our Manufacturing client near West Chicago, IL has a great opportunity for an HR Generalist due to growth! The plant is 140 employees and growing - non-union environment. Process bi-weekly payroll (Paycom), recruitment, onboarding, processing enrollments and terms, help with benefits, conduct employee relations, etc. This role reports to the Sr. HR Generalist - so the two of you would manage HR in the plant.
