For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $94,400-$141,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. What will you do? • Support outside SAO Account Manager • Manage a quota within a specific set of named accounts (may include XBU, international & global accounts) • Grow and maintain the business within the account list • Expand our customer footprint and contact list • Support existing end-user clients • Form new business relationships focused on influencers and decision makers • Discover new opportunities and generate revenue across the entire Schneider Electric portfolio • Deliver the SAO Strategy Funnel Ownership o bFO o Tableau o Forecasting o Claiming o Manual Adjustment Escalations Customer Engagements o HBN & Transactional Business o Primary liaison with partner engagement o Set Meetings o Uncover Opportunities o Lead discussions around service sales and engage Service Sales V2s Develop Relationships with key decision makers within the account o Partners o End-User Procurement o Influencers within Accounts Back-Office Support o Order Management/Order Entry o Project Coordination o Invoicing Escalations o Supply Chain Escalations o Liaison to Customer Relationship Managers Account Strategy o ISR Homepage o Product Profile o Key Stakeholders • Bachelor's degree • At least 2-3 years of successful data center sales experience in a multi-channel sales model • A consultative, value-added sales approach • Discipline and energy to maintain consistently high levels of activity • Knowledge of IT environments, data center facilities and technologies in use today • Experience with electrical and mechanical requirements of critical computing environments • A working knowledge of business processes, profit and loss, market strategy, and financial terms • Experience in use of CRM applications for time, contact and sales process management • The ability to use a telephone, computer-based tools and online presentations to drive business • A commitment to customer support and the ability to maintain productive business relationships • Prior experience selling APC products, services, solutions, or similar data center products is highly desirable • Ability to travel 10% of the time.
